Shipping fees within India is included in the price you purchase the glasses. In case a customer opts for our Cash on Delivery (COD) service which is only applied to orders within India, an extra fee of INR 50 will be charged. International shipping rates vary depending on the cost of your order and the location of your shipping address.

We process international orders through our well renowned logistics partners. Our logistics agreement allows us to ship to most countries. For international delivery email us at

We ship out all orders within 48 business hours. If your order was placed Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped within 2 days. If your order was placed on Friday, it may not be shipped until Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. All domestic packages usually take 2-7 days. International orders may take up to 4 weeks.

Once you have placed an order, you can surely check on its status at any time. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipment confirmation and its tracking information. The tracking number will work only after the deliveryman has picked it up, which may take up to 24 hours.


Goods once sold will not be returned. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of any manufacturing defects, so we will also accept any items for a full refund or exchange that may have been received with a defect. We will issue a refund in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction (minus original shipping costs). Merchandise received after 14 days from purchase date will only be accepted. Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working/business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. When processing your exchange, we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange. If you have used a debit card, the refund due will be deposited to your bank account.

Product Questions

Your wood glasses are water and sweat resistant. Each pair of glasses is coated with a sweat/water-resistant wood seal to help protect your glasses.

We recommend using tap water and the micro-fibre cleaning cloth provided to you with your purchase. Gently clean the lens dry with the microfiber cloth to remove any smudges.

All of our glasses come with standard polarized CR-39 plastic lenses. The CR-39 lenses are half the weight of glass lenses, have better ultraviolet (UV) light protection and are less prone to shattering.

Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. Therefore, no two pairs of our wooden sunglasses will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Minute differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to our handcrafted manufacturing process. However, we guaranty individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of eyewear.
